Ursula Schliessler

Ursula Schliessler is a financial services and investment management executive. She has led global teams across multiple

functional areas within asset management. Her expertise spans change management, business process design and

implementation, product development and management, sales strategy, operations, technology and data, risk and project management.

In her most recent position as Chief Administrative Officer of Legg Mason Global Asset Management, Ursula oversaw the firm’s technology, data, risk management,

insurance, internal audit, real estate, fund operations and the implementation of strategic projects. She was a Board member of a number of international Legg Mason and Affiliate manager legal entities, as well as the Executive Sponsor of Legg Mason’s LGBTQ Employee Resource Group and Global CSR Network.

Ursula Schliessler also held leadership roles in multiple countries for Citibank and Citigroup Asset Management, was Head of International Product Development for Morgan Stanley Investment Management and established UAS Global Solutions, Ltd, a management consulting firm, prior to joining Legg Mason.
